You don’t have to go it alone.

In fact it’s quite foolish to try it. The silliest four words in the English language are, ‘I’ll work it out.’

Face it. There aren’t many solo achievers. Some, but not many.

They are mavericks who separate from the herd and some of them accomplish great things, but only some. Edison, Bell, Mandela, Einstein, Gates and Jobs are examples. But the rest of us need the support and advice of one, two or more good people; teachers, coaches, counsellors, mentors, producers, directors, guides.

You can’t pretend to be a solo achiever, a lone ranger, a hero warrior. If you were one, you wouldn’t be reading this. Sooner or later you have to admit it’s harder going it alone than in the company of good people.
